Who is responsible

Corvo is operated by Ricardo Margarido Fonseca, a sole trader based in Lisbon, Portugal, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email ricardo@thecorvo.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies and does not ask you for personal data. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, and the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.

When you book a call

Booking a call through Calendly sends us your name, email and your answers to the booking questions (your firm, the roles you place, the regions you cover and your team). We use this only to prepare for and hold the call and to follow up about Corvo's service. Calendly processes the booking under its own privacy notice.

When you email us

If you email us, we keep the conversation to reply and to run our relationship with you. Email is hosted by Zoho Mail.

Legal basis and retention

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to and doing business with staffing firms that contact us, or to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We keep it for as long as needed for that purpose, and delete booking and contact details within 24 months of our last interaction unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by emailing ricardo@thecorvo.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

Transfers outside the EU

Some providers, such as Calendly and Cloudflare, may process data in the United States. They do so under safeguards recognised by EU law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
